Job Description:
 
The Inside Sales Assistant will generate reports, analyze data, process orders, and monitor inventory. To be successful in the position the ideal candidate must work effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment and adapt well to multi-tasking.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Respond to inquiries from customers for order status, product availability and other customer questions.
Process purchase orders.
Process marketing activities and sales related procedures.
Assist Warehouse and Accounting department to keep accounts receivable current.
Generate and prepare weekly reports for Sales Account Managers and Customers.
Routine communication with customers.
Coming out product promotional activities, monitoring account inventories and sales number
Monitor shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery.
Multi-task and ability to shift priorities.
Generate sales reports as needed for sales and supervisors.
Work and collaborate with:
  • Sales, product managers, logistics and customers for shipments delivering to customers.
  • Assist Warehouse and Accounting department to ensure orders shipped and invoiced timely and able to follow up on returning products.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the discretion of the manager.
 
Qualifications:
2 years relevant experience in administration preferred.
Ability to speak English fluently (written and verbal)
Mandarin is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
College degree or equivalent work experience required.
Required Skills and Experience:
MS Excel
Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
Good organizational skills
Good Communication and negotiation skills
Business major background preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Able to sit for lengthy period.
Able to input data into a computer and work with a computer screen for long periods of time.
