Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Primary responsibilities include order processing and sales reporting in support of North American Retail customers. Assists in related projects to support the Retail Sales Team.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following

  • Maintain and manage customer/factory demand planning process
  • Work with internal and external partners to ensure proper inventory levels
  • Work closely with warehouse to coordinate shipments
  • Ensure timely and accurate input of customer orders
  • Follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor product returns correspondence with RMA department
  • Validate RMA pricing
  • Coordinate customer credit entries, disputes and pending returns reporting with accounting department
  • Process customer claims and internal claims for funding/credits from company headquarters
  • Maintain and updates sales and return reports
  • Maintain and implement customer issue resolution
  • Maintain continuous process improvements working with internal and external customers

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration equivalent degree and 2+ years of relevant business experience in supporting Sales Operations and Operations preferably in high-tech industry.

  • High energy level, comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
  • Must have ability to communicate effectively with management and employees on all levels
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with diverse personalities, tactful, and flexible
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills are required
  • Ability to establish credibility and be decisive, while being able to recognize and support Company’s direction and priorities
  • Attention to detail is a high priority. Must also demonstrate a sense of urgency commensurate with the needs of the sales department
  • A solid understanding of procurement and sales processes, product and services
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

 

Language Skills:

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general periodicals, technical journals/procedures, and financial reports and data
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from team members, clients, customers, and the general public
  • English fluency is a must

Computer Skills

  • Experienced knowledge of personal computer use with expert level skills in MS Access and MS Excel
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook is also required
  • Knowledge and experience in downloading data from server to PC applications
  • Ability to write Ad Hoc query reports

 

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret a variety of financial, legal and technical information

$65,000 - $80,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. It does not include bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D insurance, Paid Time Off, EAP, and 401(k). The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
