Business Operations Specialist
Description
As a Business Operation Specialist at ASUS, you will work with cross functional teams with a wide range of tasks and activities directly related to grow the eCommerce business. This position requires a good understanding of US retail online operations and will have close interaction with Customer Support, Accounting, Finance, Product Management, Fulfillment, and Business Planning teams. To be successful in this role you are self-motivated, energetic, organized, detail oriented and passion for computer and technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Customer Support for second level customer inquiries
- Apply knowledge, skills, and judgment to make moderately difficult decisions and resolve issues related to pre and post deal support
- Executes process improvement and cross functional projects for ASUS Ecommerce team to completion
- Works well in and fosters an environment of operational excellence and flawless execution to achieve a best in class site experience • Researches and resolves issues for the Ecommerce Operations, and escalate the issues to HQ if needed • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Years of Education
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in related field or equivalent
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year of business operations/information technology/customer support/ accounting/supply chain/ecommerce and/or related experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have phone skills and email etiquette to respond to email inquiries in a timely manner
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Organization and priority setting skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Works well individually and with cross-functional teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Ensure client service with customer service mindset
- Possess positive team-work attitude and be open-minded to opportunities to improve
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technology experience, particularly in PC hardware
Working Conditions:
- Typically works in an office environment
- Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time
$65,000 - $80,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. It does not include bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D insurance, Paid Time Off, EAP, & 401(k). The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
