Senior Corporate Recruiter (On-Site)
Location: On-site | Spartanburg, SC
We’re seeking a seasoned Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on-site and play a key role in attracting top-tier talent. This full-time, in-office position offers direct exposure to technology and business leaders, fostering strong collaboration and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all open requisitions that you are responsible for.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs, priorities, and long-term talent goals.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for cultural alignment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate, timely data and notes in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and culture throughout the recruiting process.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of recruiting experience.
- Proven success recruiting for roles across varying levels of seniority—from individual contributors to senior leaders.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office environment.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
