Description

We’re looking for a hands-on, visionary Vice President of Engineering to shape our software strategy, drive innovation, and leverage AI and automation to deliver scalable, secure, next-generation solutions. This role is all about engineering leadership and technical impact—not people management.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute a bold, forward-thinking software engineering strategy.
  • Drive adoption of cutting-edge tech: AI-driven DevOps, Generative AI/LLMs, DevSecOps, cloud-native/serverless, microservices, CI/CD, and low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Architect systems for scalability, security, and sustainability.
  • Implement frameworks that accelerate delivery and improve quality.
  • Manage technical debt while ensuring long-term system health.
  • Establish key metrics for velocity, reliability, and quality.
  • Lead secure, compliant, and innovative software engineering practices.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in software engineering leadership (5+ years at VP/Senior Director level)
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, CI/CD, and containerization tools
  • Proven success driving Agile/DevOps transformations
  • Experience implementing AI/ML and automation initiatives
  • Bachelor’s in CS or related field (advanced degree preferred)
