Your Role

• We offer a Food Safety & Hygiene Technician position in the Monjos team. The objective is to monitor and update the cleaning plan to ensure optimal operating conditions and optimisation of performance indicators.

• Monitoring of protocols and parameters to measure the effectiveness of cleaning
• Updating and monitoring of the application of the general cleaning plan for the plant
• Description of tasks according to the production programme and auxiliary tasks
• Control of cleaning staff
• Regular supervision and evaluation of cleaning contractors
• Communication of hygiene results and regular awareness events
• Provision of hygiene and cleaning consumables
• Supervision of pest control contractor
  
  

• Health Science Education (Biology, Chemical...)
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
• Intermediate level of English
• Ability to work in a team
• Communication skills
• Motivation
• Analytical skills
• Attention to environmental issues and especially waste segregation
