Your Role

As a B2C IT Business Partner you will be reporting to the Digital IT Manager inside the Growth department. You will be an enabler and accelerator for the company strategy together with Marketing, Commercial and Innovation teams. You will be accountable for digital products, platforms and processes related to brands B2C websites, corporate websites and eCommerce.

What you will do

• Manage the evolution of digital products related to B2C, Brand and Corporate
• Manage the evolution of digital products for eCommerce and Commercial
•  Work together with the PO to continuously add value to the products
• Improve the IT platforms to drive sales to stores
• Ensure the experience across all consumer touchpoints
• Lead development teams, ensure CI/CD and development quality
• Support CRM processes

What we are looking for

•  IT professional with at least 7 years of experience working with digital departments in international environment
• High communication skills and influence capacity
• Used to agile and digital products development environments
• Technical background in eCommerce websites development and management it’s a must
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience working for a Marketing and sales departments, understanding the full value chain from both business and process point of view
• Strong strategic and business thinking with analytical mindset
• Passionate about AI, innovation and up-to-date with the latest trends and advances
• With these technical skills:
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Core cloud
  • Used to headless architecture and composable design
  • CMS platform
  • Business Intelligence and Google Analytics
