Position Overview: 

This position leads the strategic vision and tactical execution of Zones' proactive Deal Registration program in support of the Operations business unit. The Manager owns the weekly Deal Registration Expiration Report cycle, leverages relationships with OEM/partner channel managers and PPM to surface promotions and vendor pricing programs (State/other Contracts, Rebates, and Vendor Registration programs) and takes the lead on deal registration extension requests routed through the team.

 What you will do as the Manager, Deal Registration: 

• Own and govern the weekly Deal Registration Expiration Report distributed to Brand Champions, ensuring AMs are informed of opportunities expiring in the next 15–30 days.
• Take the lead on extension requests submitted to the Deal Reg team ([email protected]), engaging partner channel managers for additional support when required.
• Implement resource management, hiring, mentorship, and performance management for the Deal Registration team.
• Develop relationships with PPM, Sales, Supply Chain, OEMs, distributors, and partner representatives to improve workflows and the fiscal viability of team performance.
• Provide process-improvement insights into leadership and act as governance owner for changes to the Deal Registration process and KB articles.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for continuity of the team.
• Streamline reports on deal registration history, expiration trends, and profit-margin impact as required by Management.
• Safeguard margin and rebate eligibility through accurate, on-time registration and extension handling.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring to the team:

• B.A. or B.S. degree required; M.B.A. or M.S. preferred.
• 5–7 years in sales or business operations, including team leadership.
• Working knowledge of OEM/partner deal registration and channel rebate programs.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with persistence is essential.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to calculate discounts, margins, and percentages required.
• Ability to think critically and work with little-to-no supervision.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Outlook; CRM (Dynamics 365) experience preferred.
