Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science/IT degree (or any other engineering discipline) 
Shift timings: 2 AM to 11 AM (this is applicable from 4th month of joining).
Position Requirements:
  •  5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Expertise in Linux systems administration and command-line automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and best practices for deployment automation.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to streamline operational tasks.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including networking, scaling, and security
configurations.
  • Mastery of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, including Terraform, CloudFormation, and Helm.
  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Track record of troubleshooting and resolving production issues in business critical systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across engineering and operations teams.
  • Passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement in the SRE and DevOps space.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Architect and refine our CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment workflows and system scalability (GitHub
Actions, GitLab, AWS CodeBuild, Jenkins, Kubernetes).
  • Develop and refine observability frameworks, ensuring comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting across all infrastructure components (Datadog, New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail).
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like
Terraform, CloudFormation, and Helm.
  • Drive incident response and root cause analysis, leading post-mortem reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strengthen security and compliance protocols, implementing best practices for authentication, access controls, and vulnerability management.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing expertise in DevOps, automation, and reliability engineering best practices.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, recommending solutions that enhance system resilience, scalability, and deployment speed.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, ensuring swift issue resolution and proactive system management.
