Job Overview:
- Prepare promotional materials using HTML/XHTML; review various digital promotional assets and prepare them for QA review for journey-based campaigns, including but not limited to Media, Ad Served, CRM, and trigger-based emails.
- Manage daily tasks through Workfront (Project Management system) and JIRA.
- Oversee the implementation and launch of all ad-served assets.
- Troubleshoot setup issues and address QA observations as needed to ensure high-quality client delivery.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders—including Marketing, Client Services, Ad Operations, Target List Management, and QA—to achieve team objectives and ensure timely and accurate work output.
- Utilize SFTP to deploy JSP and image content live.
- Coordinate with Marketing to make adjustments and optimizations to live campaigns.
- Communicate effectively by clearly articulating needs and expectations across development teams.
- Foster strong internal relationships to ensure smooth, on-time task completion and execution.

- At least 2 years of experience in web production, programming, and/or publishing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HTML/XHTML and CSS.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- SFTP file management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with web-based project management tools; Workfront experience preferred.
- Experience with the Groovy programming language is a plus.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Experience collaborating effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is a plus.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to proactively investigate and troubleshoot issues.
Salary range: $70,000 - $77,000
