Job Overview
We’re looking for a Campaign Analyst to support our Medscape Global division’s online promotional campaigns, with a focus on our Medical Affairs business unit. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional eager to work in a collaborative environment, manage monthly reporting cycles, and translate data into insights for a global audience, including teams in the US and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Reporting & Analysis: Pull and analyze monthly reports on digital marketing campaigns aimed at physicians and healthcare professionals. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable insights.
- Data Visualization & Communication: Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other reporting documents to effectively communicate key performance metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Data Insights & Ad Hoc Requests: Gather and pivot data to uncover trends and insights. Handle ad hoc data requests to support immediate business needs, using a variety of analytical tools.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the US and global offices to support data-driven initiatives for the Medical Affairs unit.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Ideally 3 years’ experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (including logic functions, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables).
- Basic knowledge of SQL is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Adobe Omniture and/or Tableau is a strong plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support marketing strategy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively share data insights and recommendations.
- Detail-Oriented & Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working cross-functionally with a strong commitment to teamwork and partnership.
