We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our Product team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Medscape’s commercial products in Iberoamerica.
Role Overview:
As the Product Marketing Manager for Iberoamerica, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and growth in our commercial product offerings across LATAM and Spain. This role is critical in ensuring the successful rollout of new products, enhancements to existing offerings, and the seamless integration of El Médico Interactivo, SANED’s physician platform, into the Medscape Network.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet market needs, maximize revenue, and enhance user experience. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Product, you will leverage data-driven insights to set strategy, monitor progress, and ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Product Development:
- Analyze the Iberoamerica market to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs that inform the development of commercial products and features
- Drive the integration of El Médico Interactivo into the Medscape Network, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations
- Product Management
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including kick-offs, product vision, documentation, pricing, positioning, reporting, and operational project management
- Formalize and standardize product specifications across offerings to ensure consistency and scalability
- Collaborate with Technical Product, Engineering, Editorial, Member Marketing, Account Management, and Ad Implementation teams to deliver product innovations and enhancements
- Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement efficient operational delivery processes to scale product best practices across teams
- Provide internal guidance and training to ensure seamless execution of product strategies
- Go-To-Market Strategy
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to create go-to-market strategies that address customer needs, market trends, and country-specific regulatory requirements
- Establish clear value propositions for products and develop compelling sales support materials and customer-facing collateral
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital product management, ideally with a premium publisher, ad tech company, healthcare publisher, health digital agency, or pharma digital team
- Proven track record in defining and operationalizing requirements for large-scale, complex digital products or systems across web and mobile platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill market intelligence into actionable insights
- Excellent problem-solving, relationship management, and communication skills, with a history of influencing cross-functional teams
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (working proficiency required)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Tableau and Ad Servers is a plus
- Familiarity with healthcare and pharmaceutical digital ecosystems is highly desirable
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
