Education: B.E. Computer Science/IT degree (or any other engineering discipline) 

Experience: 8 + years

Work timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST

Work Mode: Work from Office 

Position Requirements: 

• 5+ years' experience in developing architecture for large scale distributed applications

• Experience in CI/CD pipelines architecture and setup using either Gitlab, GitHub, Azure Devops or Bitbucket, Jenkins 

• Experience in Application Development and Deployment in a Kubernetes environment 

• Experience working with Full stack Application Software Design and Development in .Net or Java  

• Experience in Application Monitoring and Logging Tools like Prometheus, ELK or equivalent 

• Understanding of Kubernetes Concepts including Ingress, SSL, Networking, Scaling, Troubleshooting, Security 

• Experience in running an application through full SDLC

• Experience in source code & configuration management  

• 3+ years of experience in mentoring and leading a team

• Experience of Agile Development

• Ability to communicate high-level as well as detailed technical concepts and implementations with peers and colleagues

• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) is good to have

Role & Responsibilities:   

• The DevOps Engineering Manager will be overseeing the Engineering DevOps team (Not infrastructure) and related projects. 

• Designs, builds and maintains a stable and efficient platform making efficient uses of available infrastructure. 

• Defines and enforces standards for scalable application development in an agile DevOps knowledge.  

• Manage the Helios DevOps team, a globally distributed team of engineers who provide a scalable and easy way for application developers to build and deploy their applications on Kubernetes in a seamless fashion.
