Job Description:
We're searching for an experienced and motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join our HCP Core Engagement team that is focused on driving engagement from physicians and other healthcare professionals across the United States. You will develop and oversee our marketing campaigns across various channels including email, mobile apps, and paid marketing platforms. For the successful candidate, this position offers great opportunity and exposure to marketing analysis, creative problem-solving and strategizing with internal stakeholders while working in an exciting and highly motivated environment.

  • Craft and execute strategic marketing plans to expand and retain Medscape and the affiliate network’s HCP audience.
  • Analyze healthcare market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Design/UX as well as Editorial teams to produce effective promotional materials.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns using data-driven approaches to increase engagement as well as user satisfaction
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis of visitor site and email behavior to identify user trends, and optimize audience segmentation and profiling. 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the medical industry.
  • Proficient in handling email campaigns, app-based marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong motivation and a proven track record of achieving success in previous roles.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • A growth mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving marketing trends and technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent project management abilities.
  • Responsible, accountable, and results-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe SiteCatalyst (Omniture)/Adobe Marketing, Salesforce, YouTrack, ExactTarget, and Airship
