Do you want to contribute your ideas for communicating medical content and describe yourself as an organizational talent? Then we offer you the opportunity to realize exciting projects in the field of digital learning content with the largest German-speaking community for doctors and an experienced medical education team. Together with the team, you will create an innovative training program that really interests and inspires our doctors at. In general, you decide where you work, and therefore it would also be possible to work from your home office throughout Germany. Otherwise, you are also welcome to work at one of our locations in Constance or Munich or a hybrid mix. However, willingness to travel (approx. 1-2 x/month) to Munich or to congresses/conferences should be present in this position, as our streaming studio is located in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- You will develop and be responsible for innovative training formats with scientific added value
- You will be responsible for the realization of educational live events and other event formats in the field of training, from conception and speaker acquisition to on-site support for participants in Munich.
- You are also responsible for the entire project process of an educational event, and you take care of the creation and maintenance of our event website.
- You will maintain an overview of medical developments and the current challenges facing the medical profession in order to align them with training content.
- As part of the Medical Education team, you will be involved in the general strategic planning and implementation of a balanced curriculum that inspires our community.

- You attend medical congresses to inform yourself and create content and keep up to date with current medical developments
- You identify and recruit relevant key opinion leaders (KOLs), medfluencers, scientists and establish a sustainable network.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- A degree in medicine or natural sciences with or without a doctorate or a comparable background
- Experience in the preparation of scientific content for medical or pharmaceutical fields
- Interest in video and streaming formats
- Ideally previous experience in project management
- A very independent, structured and careful way of working as well as new ideas and a flair for development potential
- Ideally an existing network of experts
- A confident manner in discussions with renowned scientists
- Excellent written and spoken German (C1 or native language) and business fluent English skills

Als Medical Education Manager (m/f/d) trägst du maßgeblich zur Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Ärzte Community bei und schaffst eine Umgebung, die echten Mehrwert in der Digital Health Branche schafft. Wir bieten dir zusammen mit dem Medical Education Team die Möglichkeit, spannende Projekte im Bereich digitaler Lerninhalte umzusetzen. Du erstellst zusammen mit dem Team ein innovatives Fortbildungsangebot, das unsere Ärzteschaft wirklich interessiert und begeistert. Dabei entscheidest du, wo du arbeitest: Deutschlandweit aus dem Homeoffice, an einem unserer Standorte in Konstanz bzw. München oder eine hybride Mischung. Reisebereitschaft (ca. 1-2x/Monat) nach München oder zu Kongressen/Konferenzen sollte bei dieser Position jedoch vorhanden sein, da unser Streaming-Studio in unserem Münchner Office platziert ist.
DAS ERWARTET DICH
- Du entwickelst und verantwortest innovative Fortbildungsformate mit wissenschaftlichem Mehrwert
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von Live-Events und anderen Veranstaltungsformaten im Fortbildungsbereich, von der Konzeption über die Speaker-Akquise bis zur Betreuung der Teilnehmenden vor Ort in München.
- Du verantwortest ebenfalls den gesamten Projektablauf einer Fortbildung und kümmerst dich um Erstellung und Pflege unserer Fortbildungswebsite.
- Dabei behältst du den Überblick über medizinische Entwicklungen und die aktuellen Herausforderungen der Ärzteschaft, um sie mit Fortbildungsinhalten abzugleichen.
- Als Teil des Medical-Education-Teams beteiligst du dich an der generellen strategischen Planung und Umsetzung für ein ausgewogenes Curriculum, das unsere Community begeistert.
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Formaten für unsere Online-Kanäle (Website, E-Mail, Social Media)
- Du besuchst medizinische Kongresse, um dich zu informieren und Content zu erstellen und hältst dich über aktuelle medizinische Entwicklungen auf dem Laufenden
- Du identifizierst und rekrutierst relevante Key Opinion Leader (KOLs), Medfluencer, Wissenschaftler und etablierst ein nachhaltiges Netzwerk.
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Ein abgeschlossenes medizinisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit oder ohne Promotion oder einen vergleichbaren Background
- Erfahrung in der Aufbereitung wissenschaftlicher Inhalte für medizinische oder pharmazeutische Bereiche
- Interesse an Video und Streaming-Formaten
- Idealerweise Vorerfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Eine sehr selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie neue Ideen und ein Gespür für Entwicklungspotentiale
- Idealerweise ein bestehendes Experten-Netzwerk
- Sicheres Auftreten im Gespräch mit renommierten Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftlern
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 oder Muttersprache) sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
