Position Overview:

Medscape is looking for an Associate Media Planner to join our Global business, working across pharmaceutical and other healthcare client media campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with the Media Planners and other internal team members to monitor the delivery of campaigns, alongside other requirements to ensure we provide an excellent experience for our clients.



  • Provide exemplary service post media campaign launch in order to meet contractual obligations by monitoring programmes
  • Complete campaign performance spreadsheets, analyzing data from our ad server and 3rd party reports
  • Prepare delivery summaries, working with Inventory and Ad Ops teams to drive campaign success, and escalate issues to Planning management
  • Manage billing for accounts, working with internal Delivery Ops teams to examine any discrepancies
  • Provide pre-launch admin support, as required
  • An internal-facing role to support Sales Planners, Sr. Sales Planners, Supervisors and Managers as needed


Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and Google GSuite (Mail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs)

    • Able to handle numerous high-level campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
