Senior Warehouse Assistant
Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team in the USANA Malaysia market as a senior warehouse assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for performing all order fulfillment and warehouse functions, such as shipping, receiving, stocking, storing and inventorying products to ensure that company warehousing needs, customer demand, and targets are met.
What You Will Do as a USANA Senior Warehouse Assistant
Essential
- Maintain inbound inventory by unloading and verifying.
- Receiving, checking, recording, organizing and storing stock as it is received.
- Ensure the inventories are safely and properly stored.
- Responsible for weekly stock transfer from main warehouse.
- Responsible for managing and ensuring E-mail orders completion.
- Pack customer order for self-collection.
- Complete duties by following standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory record.
- Support and participate in stock takes at regular intervals.
- Pick Pack delivery orders whenever required.
Additional
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Background and Skills You Will Need
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse and inventory control experience.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good mathematics and computer skills. This position will use Windows XP, Outlook, Excel and Oracle ERP daily.
- Must be detail oriented, have good organization skills and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Working hours: Monday-Friday 11am-8pm.
