Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join the USANA’s Taiwan sales team as a sales executive. In this position, you will assist the team in executing programs that enhance the company’s relationship with its independent associates including, but not limited to, training, recognition, and motivational programs, so that they can effectively promote USANA’s products and business opportunity.
What You Will Do as USANA’s Sales Executive
  • Generate reports for supervisor and key department heads
  • Lead and build rapport with assigned associates’ teams and provide feedback on the support and progress of these teams during weekly team meetings
  • Plan and manage weekly meetings and seminars
  • Prepare PowerPoint materials for open meetings and recognition events
  • Manage the monthly recognition event
  • Handle all associates’ recognition – recognition photos, electronic letters, pins, electronic wall of fame and magazine recognition
  • Assist in all incentive trips coordination – VISA and travel arrangement etc
  • Event venue sourcing and submission of event contracts for approval
  • Provide support to sales and marketing departments
  • Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed.
    Background and Skills You Will Need 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant discipline preferred.
    • Proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin (dealing with Mandarin speaking customers)
    • Minimum 3 years of related experience
    • Knowledge with Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
    • IT savvy, independent, excellent communication skills, original and fun
    • Pleasant, outgoing with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Must be creative, detail-oriented, have good planning & analytical skills and able to work effectively in a team environment. 
    Position is located in Taiwan
