Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the USANA’s India sales team as a sales support specialist based in Gurugram, Haryana. In this position, you will play a key part in driving business growth and supporting smooth operations through various initiatives. Responsibilities include business analysis, coordinating product and sales promotions, and managing vendor relations to source promotional items. Additionally, you will assist with the planning and execution of training and recognition events, ensuring effective coordination of sales support activities that contribute to our overall success in India.
While the position is posted as Sales Support Specialist, we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience. The role’s final title and responsibilities will be tailored to align with the shortlisted candidate’s experience and qualifications.
What You Will Do as USANA’s Sales Support Specialist 
Essential 
  • Raise Agile and Workfront tickets for product promotions and accessories. 
  • Provide support for vendor coordination post-agreement, acting as the primary point of contact between the vendor and warehouse. 
  • Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating vendors for awards and recognition events, ensuring smooth execution and cost-effective contracts without compromising quality. 
  • Support the recognition process by managing pins, certificates, trophies, and tracking. 
  • Oversee the dispatch of promotional items for USANA qualifiers, Director’s Pack, and other designated items. 
  • Extract and collate data from Tableau, MicroStrategy, and the HUB as needed by the team. 
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales support initiatives and affiliate program performance. 
  • Assist in internal communications via email and WhatsApp. 
  • Collaborate with Salesforce to support the design of business programs and promotions. 
  • Act as a liaison between Customer Service, Sales and Marketing for various support activities. 
  • Support the organization of prospecting events, including product launches, health fairs, and 'open days' to create opportunities for associates and affiliates to introduce USANA. 
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings, recognition ceremonies, and events related to promotions and incentive trip qualifications. 
  • Assist in gathering and sharing information on industry and competitive trends with the management team. 
  • Conduct competitive analysis and participate in focus group discussions. 
Additional 
  • Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights as required at USANA/Distributors events. 
  • Must be available for occasional work on weekends if events or scheduled activities dictate. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed. 
Background and Skills You Will Need
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Events, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred. 
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken of English. 
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to assist in interpreting data and understanding market trends. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with basic email communication skills and the ability to handle software like Plexus. 
  • IT-savvy, proactive, independent, with a positive mindset, creative, and fun. 
  • Must possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, have excellent planning and analytical skills, and be capable of working effectively in a team environment. 
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude, and be a good team player.
