Description

We are seeking an outgoing individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our team in the USANA India market as a sales specialist. In this role, you will be an essential member of our team dedicated to expanding the company's sales and customer base in the designated region or area. You will be responsible for executing sales-driven initiatives, including training, recognition, and incentive programs designed to empower associates in growing their businesses and achieving year-over-year sales growth.
 
What You Will Do as a USANA Sales Specialist
Essential
  • Maintain close contact with customers (Associates, Affiliates, & PCs), to foster a stronger sense of belonging within the USANA family.
  • Identify emerging leaders and support their growth through monitoring, counseling, and encouragement. Keep them informed about company news and directions.
  • Assist in executing a yearly training program for associates at different levels of skill and seniority with USANA. This includes onsite classes and roadshows.
  • Assist in implementing recognition and incentive programs that reward associates for their successful efforts. This ranges from congratulatory calls and lapel pins for rank advancements to annual awards ceremonies, local and international incentive trips, and regional incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to organize prospecting events, including product launches, health fairs, and 'open days.' These events enhance opportunities for associates to introduce USANA to their friends.
  • Create PowerPoint materials for open meetings, recognition ceremonies, and other events.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback on industry and competitive situation to management.
  • Assist in proposing annual training and recognition budgets and monitor expenditures against budgetary figures.
  • Monitor the results of promotional campaigns.
  • Responsible for vendor sourcing, negotiation, and coordination.
Additional
  • Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights as required at USANA/Distributors events.
  • Must be available for occasional work on weekends if events or scheduled activities dictate.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Background and Skills You Will Need  
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Events, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken of English.
  • In addition to Hindi, proficiency in at least one of the four major Dravidian languages: Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil and Kannada.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • IT-savvy, proactive, independent, with a positive mindset, creative, and fun.
  • Outgoing with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Must possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, have excellent planning and analytical skills, and be capable of working effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude, and be a good team player.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Position is located in Hyderabad, South covering both South and West Region, India
