What You’ll Do:
The primary responsibility of this role is coordinating assigned warranty work orders to ensure they are completed on time and in alignment with the company’s quality, process, and business standards.
 
In this role, you will:
  • Coordinate and manage assigned warranty work orders from start to completion.
  • Work closely with field labor, subcontractors, and warehouse teams to complete work efficiently and effectively.
  • Schedule and coordinate labor resources to meet warranty timelines.
  • Maintain positive, professional relationships with owners, construction team members, and property management partners.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control / Quality Assurance, owner representatives, and pre-construction teams.
  • Perform trend analysis related to warranty and deficient work claims to support continuous improvement.
Our Ideal Candidate for this Role:
  • Education: Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to informally supervise and direct the work of others, including training, task direction, and issue resolution.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable due to frequent interaction with Spanish-speaking vendors and subcontractors.
  • Working knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
  • Understanding of wood-framed construction trade sequences.
