What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting recruiting and talent acquisition efforts across the organization. You will help identify, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates aligned with company culture and business needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications, including education, experience, and skills
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Facilitate interview feedback collection and candidate evaluations
- Communicate job responsibilities, compensation, and career opportunities to candidates
- Assist in preparing and extending job offers
- Support campus recruiting efforts, including career fairs and networking events
- Represent the company as an employer of choice within the community and university settings
- Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring workflows within the applicant tracking system
- Ensure all recruiting documentation and reporting is organized and up to date
- Assist in drafting interview communications, offer letters, and candidate correspondence
Our Ideal Candidate for this Role
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field
