WHAT THIS IS
The MAS Residency program is a 20-week tasting of our MAS special sauce — who we are, what we do, and how we do it. It's a deep dive into the experiential marketing industry, where fresh minds can immerse themselves in our world (and our clients’). During this time, residents will have the opportunity to hone and grow their skills, while also uncovering new interests and opportunities along the way. Ultimately this is a unique chance to collaborate closely with leading experts in the field, forge invaluable professional connections, actively contribute to the agency’s perspective, and depart with substantial portfolio work.

This person should have an exceptional creative eye with budding 3D spatial design skills that we can grow and foster. They should be able to clearly convey their creative ideas and are willing to go down aesthetic rabbit holes. As a part of the creative team, they’ll be working on real projects for clients and internal initiatives.

YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Familiar with a 3d design program like SketchUp, Rhino, and C4D.
- Bonus points if has ability to render in a program like Twinmotion, VRay, Podium, and Enscape
- A gigantic appetite to learn
- Enthusiasm for events & experiential
- Ability to create and format slides and decks for presentations
- Knowledge of new and upcoming trends
- A finger on the pulse of what's new
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in floor plans and 3d designs for activations
- Assist in mood boards and sourcing
- Help generate client-facing slides that support creative concepts
- Support the creative team in brainstorms and ideation
- Participate in think tanks and present at internal meetings
- Participate in a special project with fellow residents

HOW WE’LL TAKE CARE OF YOU
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting pay for this role is $21 per hour. Our pay ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
