WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Creative Producer designs solutions for opening experiences, interstitials, and other audience touch-points before, during, and after sessions at an event. They may also be responsible for guiding media development and other creative deliverables in support of a show. They produce and manage budgets and schedules, as well as clients, internal teams and vendors.

The Creative Producer often works hand-in-hand with a producer, but may be the only producer leading an event in some cases. 

 

YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience managing productions for in-person corporate events 
  • 3+ years of experience developing creative solutions for corporate events 
  • Experience presenting and supporting concepts to internal and external teams and clients
  • Ability to work independently in a team and as a report to a project lead
  • Successfully perform in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
  • Accept changes with short notice and tolerate frequent interruptions
  • Thrive on collaboration with team members
  • Work independently and interdependently

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage a budget, tracking all financials related to a project
  • Set timelines and associated milestones for all projects, integrating with other service lines when required
  • Drive processes with internal and client teams for creative design reviews and approvals
  • Establish good relations with vendors and work to secure needed materials on time, within budget, and meeting requested specifications.
  • Report weekly to production and/or project leads on progress, blocks, and needs
  • Lead internal and external meetings (taking notes, setting agendas)
  • Recognize and prioritize activities to ensure client and company success
  • Effectively manage a high volume of work and consistently provide high quality deliverables
  • Utilize creative problem solving throughout the planning cycle, consistently looking for ways to deliver more effectively
  • Review creative products with the Creative Director or Creative Lead and collectively provide feedback
  • Manage approved scope of project and notify team of any scope changes
  • Communicate with Executive Producer when change orders are necessary
  • Communicate with client on the status of creative deliverables
  • Identify and track when a new resource is needed to support a deliverable 
  • Manage legal reviews as necessary
  • Support budget reconciliation
  • Project wrap and archive content

HOW WE’LL TAKE CARE OF YOU

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting salary for this role is between $125,000 and $135,000. Our salary ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Physical Requirements:

Individuals will be required to sit for the majority of the day and will be required to stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. Individuals will be required to travel via airplane, train, taxi, car and/or other means of transportation as needed.
