WHAT IS THIS
The MAS Residency program is a 20-week tasting of our MAS special sauce — who we are, what we do, and how we do it. It's a deep dive into the experiential marketing industry, where fresh minds can immerse themselves in our world (and our clients’). During this time, residents will have the opportunity to hone and grow their skills, while also uncovering new interests and opportunities along the way. Ultimately this is a unique chance to collaborate closely with leading experts in the field, forge invaluable professional connections, actively contribute to the agency’s perspective, and depart with substantial portfolio work.

We’re looking for someone that is an exceptional communicator, with a budding network and passion to meet new and interesting brands. This person will be a part of the Accounts team working on both real projects with Account Managers and Directors.

YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • A hunger to learn more about the industry & the drive to be proactive in all that you do
  • A desire to understand managing client expectations and new business
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with robust technical systems
  • Business or Job-Specific Knowledge - with regards to Experiential Events & Design
  • Time Management and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills - oral & written
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Works closely with VP of Accounts & Accounts team members on all client business from data entry and analysis to Executive Management reporting
  • Being an active team member who contributes to the growth of the company
  • Sitting on client calls, actively listening and offering insights post calls to internal teams
  • Responsible for note taking on client calls, ensuring agenda goals are met, and annotation of process management and next steps
  • Assists in quarterly analysis of new business acquisitions & account reviews
  • Will help identify logos in target verticals for new business 
  • Understand and own some basic administrative duties for teams - routing SOWs, project tracking, and general revenue tracking
  • Support with new business & client organic growth

HOW WE’LL TAKE CARE OF YOU
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting pay for this role is between $21.00 per hour. Our pay ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
