Position Summary:
The Brand Ambassador will elevate the client experience at Fontainebleau Aviation by fostering strong personal relationships. They will ensure that new clients perceive a marked difference from their previous FBO experiences and that existing clients remain loyal and satisfied.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Brand: Embody the company's values and consistently deliver exceptional         service that aligns with the brand image.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build rapport with clients, understand their operational needs, and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
  • Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between executive and operations teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Problem-Solve: Proactively address and resolve client concerns, utilizing available resources to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Represent the Company: Articulate the company's vision and offerings confidently and comprehensively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor Client Satisfaction: Assess client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide Feedback: Share insights and observations from client interactions with the executive team to inform decision-making in sales, marketing, leasing, and operations.
  • Industry Engagement: Participate in conferences and industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.
  • Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to learn about various aspects of the business and stay informed about industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of aviation experience or relevant customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with aviation software (e.g., X1, FlightBridge) is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
