This position will report directly to the Portfolio Supervisor. Portfolio Analyst will analyze risk related to day-to-day purchases, audits, and overall portfolio trends. Additionally, Portfolio Analyst will be asked to evaluate risk mitigating techniques used within the operations department to ensure that acceptable policies and procedures are properly followed.

  • Own & manage several reporting reviews.
  • Assists the planning, organization, and execution of audits related to clients and personnel.
  • Daily portfolio management and review through BI reporting and tools. Responsible for seeking out warning signs of deteriorating portfolio trends and provide feedback to Portfolio Supervisor.
  • Proactively identify higher level risk issues and opportunities for addition training to Portfolio Supervisor.
  • Assists with weekly portfolio reporting and risk analysis follow up from the operations team.
  • Research and monitor the portfolio for risk trends (double billing, auditing procedures, recourses, client communications, unapplied funds, etc.)
  • Identify efficiencies and scalable options that assist in the portfolio duties as the company grows.
  • Other responsibilities and duties assigned as needed


Ideal candidates must possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to approach new ideas, situations, and suggestions with conviction. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 2 plus years of progressive management experience in a transportation/financial setting
  • Strong customer relations ability/experience with analytical and technical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC applications
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
