Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Adobe Workfront Integration Developer / Consultant to design, implement, and optimize workflow automations and data integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to build scalable, reliable Fusion scenarios that streamline operations, eliminate manual processes, and enable seamless data synchronization across enterprise systems.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and problem-solving capability to translate business requirements into automated, efficient, and error-resilient solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand critical goals and translate them into detailed Fusion build requirements.
• Design, develop, and configure Fusion scenarios to automate workflows, enhance data flow, and optimize integrations between Adobe Workfront and third-party systems.
• Experienced in Snaplogic.

• Create and manage Fusion build timelines, ensuring alignment with project milestones and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate closely with Workfront Business and Technical Consultants to recommend Workfront configuration updates that improve integration performance and scalability.
• Implement best practices for Fusion design, including modular structure, naming conventions, and error handling to ensure maintainability and performance.
• Monitor, maintain, and continuously enhance existing Fusion scenarios to adapt to evolving business needs and system updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve errors or performance bottlenecks within scenarios, ensuring high reliability and uptime.
• Support QA and UAT phases by developing test scenarios, performing validation, and addressing identified issues.
• Integrate Fusion scenarios using Workfront API, REST API, and universal connectors, applying authentication methods such as OAuth2 where required.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders on workflow optimization, integration strategies, and automation best practices.
• Document Fusion designs, configurations, and operational procedures to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.
• Assist in end-user training and creation of job aids and documentation to enable effective adoption and maintenance of Fusion solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process innovation and continuous improvement through automation, integration, and Fusion design refinements.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience designing and building integrations or automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Workfront API and custom API calls; proficiency in REST API integration using Fusion modules.
• Ability to design, build, and optimize Fusion scenarios using trigger modules, routers, iterators, aggregators, and error handling logic.
• Experience creating Fusion modules for create, read, update, delete (CRUD) operations and managing organizational teams, users, and permissions within scenarios.
• Proficiency in applying Fusion design best practices, including modularity, labelling, and naming standards to enhance clarity and maintainability.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving integration or workflow automation issues.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in sprint-based development environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to document and communicate complex technical processes clearly and concisely.
• Adobe Workfront Fusion Certification strongly preferred.
Required Education
B.E.; B. Tech; BCA; MCA; or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent professional experience.
