Intro 

The Senior Workfront Consultant provides consultation and support at a strategic level to ensure Workfront implementations meet client’s business objectives.  This role will direct other team members internally and on the client side on tasks to configure and set up an optimized Workfront environment including object level structure, user management, reporting and dashboards, and workflow management. This person will be a leader in client interactions in driving the successful delivery of fully built Workfront environments. 

  

What You'll Do and The Impact You'll Make: 

  • You will be consulting clients at both a strategic level and at a system configuration level on how to set up a Workfront environment that meets their business objectives
  • Give direction to clients and other Rightpoint team members for the configuration work they need to do to support the final deliverables
  • Helping customers with multi-group governance of their Workfront system
  • In Depth understanding of Adobe Workfront object types including custom forms, calculated fields, proof approval workflows, templates, and advanced reporting
  • In-Depth understanding of Adobe Workfront Setup including access levels layout templates project preferences and other methods to achieve simplicity of end user design
  • Understanding of and experience with marketing and Campaign process mapping
  • Utilize systems and business analysis techniques to develop and facilitate impactful Adobe Workfront discovery and design sessions with clients across function teams
  • Document and evolve client operational business requirements mapping them to critical business drivers for the purpose of system functional specifications
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy successful Workfront enterprise work management implementations

  

What We'd Love to See: 

  • Multiple years in Workfront implementation experience, preferably for multi-group organizations
  • Previous experience with Workfront
  • Multiple year’s experience with Workfront Proof
  • Experience implementing the full suite Workfront of tools
  • Experience with advanced text mode
  • Understanding of common Workfront user personas
  • Expertise with native integrations and other Adobe Workfront products and services
  • Familiarity with Agile project management.
  • Experience in multiple industries and businesses
  • Adobe Workfront certification a plus
  • Adobe Workfront Fusion certification a plus
