Inviting applications for the role of Growth Analyst!
This role is in support of the demand generation efforts of the Growth Ops team. Our pipeline is generated through outreach (email/ calling / LinkedIn InMail/Salesloft) and then booking meetings with new client prospects.
The quality of the data that we hold on our prospects is key to the success of our outreach. Successful candidates will exhibit the will to build, analyze and refine data so that it tells a story. With a close eye for details and trends, the successful candidate will show the will to provide the highest quality of data, and their personal insights, to the Growth Ops team, best equipping them for success.  
 
Responsibilities:
  • Data Building
    • Collect, organize, and analyze data for various purposes
    • Design effective and efficient research processes
  • Data Accuracy
    • Check data for errors and inconsistencies
    • Organize and maintain research databases in a systematic way
  • Data Trends
    • Ability to spot multiple / consistent errors
    • Ability to see originally unrequested data as relevant / linked
  • Additional Qualitative Insights
    • Finding the ‘key’ fact. That one bit of information about the prospect that links us to them, or allows us to tell them our story. 
  • Pipeline Management in our Partner center
Ad hoc tasks that might come your way (come with an entrepreneurial mindset)
 
Minimum qualifications
  • Prior experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit to come up with ideas and solutions
  • Ability to work independently from home and office, without degradation in internal communication i.e good home working setup / broadband. Quiet place to work and concentrate.
  • Inherent understanding of the need for accurate, connected, data.
  • Ability to multitask and meet key priorities
  • Ability to communicate with the Senior Executives through different channels (email, phone, SFDC, Salesloft)
  • Document, report, and present research findings
  • Experience in managing and communicating own workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
Preferred qualifications 
  • The ability to work in a global team
  • Comfortable on camera during daily and weekly team Video calls
  • The flexibility to manage numerous projects in a fluid environment
  • Results/ action-orientation
  • Driven to grow within Growth Operations and Rightpoint 
  • Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, etc preferred
