Description
What we need:
- 1-3 years’ experience with front-end skills.
- React knowledge and work experience are must.
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+)/jQuery.
- Solid understanding of JS fundamentals like closures, promises, async/await, and array methods.
- Building components, managing state (useState, useEffect), props, and basic hooks. Familiarity with component lifecycle and conditional rendering.
- Integrate front-end with APIs: data fetching, mapping content types to UI, and handling loading/error states.
- Implement responsive, Flexbox/Grid, semantic markup, accessible UI that matches Figma/Zeplin designs.
- Rest API integration - Fetching data, handling responses, and error states.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver features.
- Version control: Branching, merging, pull requests, and basic Git workflows.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance. Ability to troubleshoot UI and logic issues independently.
- Stay updated with latest React and frontend best practices.
- Willingness to explore headless CMS platforms and modern web architectures.
What we’d Love to see:
- Basic familiarity with tools like Contentful, Optimizely, Sitecore, Adobe AEM Headless or any similar tool.
- Next.js - Routing, SSR vs CSR, API routes, and file-based architecture.
- Typescript - Understanding types, interfaces, and benefits of static typing.
- Backend Knowledge - Node.js, Express.js, or any backend framework experience.
- GraphQL - Understanding queries, mutations, and schema.
- CI/CD deployment - Experience with Vercel, Netlify, or GitHub Actions.
- Testing Frameworks - Exposure to Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility.
- Good communication skills, eagerness to learn, ability to work in a global team environment and time management.
