Intro:
 

The Workfront Product Manager will lead the effort to deliver features and functionality in support of our client strategic marketing initiatives and help drive growth for the company and will be responsible for organizing product development and ensuring high ROI by translating ideas into strategy and implementation٫ and following product development from start to finish. Ultimately the Sr. Product Manager primary focus is to be able to discern which viable product ideas will align with the overall vision of the organization.

 

 

What You’ll Be Doing and the Impact You’ll Make:

  • Developing a vision for the product and defining the strategic direction, including setting short-term goals and long-term objectives. This often involves understanding market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
  • Creating and managing the product roadmap, which includes planning the timeline for the development and release of product features. This requires balancing priorities and resources
  • Working closely with customers and internal teams to identify and define new features or improvements based on user needs, business objectives, and market research
  • Advocating for the needs and experiences of users. This includes understanding user personas, conducting user research, and ensuring that the user experience is a central consideration in product development
  • Collaborating with various teams such as engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and launch.
  • Prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring that the team is focused on tasks that deliver maximum value.
  • Overseeing the entire lifecycle of the product, from ideation through development, launch, growth, and eventually, retirement
  • Regularly communicating with stakeholders, including team members, executives, and customers, to keep them informed about product progress and decisions
  • Addressing and resolving complex problems that arise during the product development process, often requiring a blend of technical understanding and creative thinking

 

 

What We’d Love to See:

 

  •    Strong understanding of the Workfront Ecosystem
  •    Build and implement product strategies consistent with Principal Product Manager vision
  •    Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
  •    Support Solution Consultants and coordinate cross-functional teams
  •    Prepare and review product requirements documents (PRD)
  •    Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision
  •    Works collaboratively with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and enable asset management metadata strategy
  •    Understanding of common Workfront user personas
  •    Expertise with native integrations and other Adobe Workfront products and services
  •    Familiarity with Agile project management
  •    Experience in multiple industries and businesses
  •    Adobe Workfront certification a plus
  •    Adobe Workfront Fusion certification a plus
