Manager, Consulting (Professional Services)
Description
The Manager, Consulting, is a leader overseeing one of Services’ growth portfolios. You will leverage a unique combination of project and customer enablement experience to coach the team on end-to-end best practices to deliver SaaS projects. You will support the success of customers in partnership with the other cross-functional teams as we enhance the efficiency of Services delivery at scale.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Enable the team to maximize their impact by providing oversight, support, and guidance through; coordinating best use of resources, review of projects and potential risks, as well as resolving bottlenecks.
Partner with the Talent Team on applicable hiring decisions as an active part of the hiring process and onboard new team member to maximise time to productivity. Performance management of team members including conducting the performance and compensation review process
Partner with CX Leadership to support the continued growth of the CX Team with a particular emphasis on internal collaboration. Support the Sales team to close new opportunities; review services proposals as needed, identifies land & expand opportunities on current engagements
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in Consulting and/or Project Management
Experience and/or knowledge in the relevant domain preferred
Acumen for mentoring, coaching and motivating people
Acumen for analyzing data to drive sound decisions
Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and engaging in candid feedback to drive collaboration and achievement of shared goals
Experience with delivering on a customer-centric approach in order to support solving near and long-term outcomes
Experience in work estimation and presenting proposals and SOW in the presales process
Experience working in an ambitious small to mid size software company
