The Partner Account Manager, UK/I Role

 

We are looking for an experienced Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our EMEA North Channel team in order to define & execute strategic partnerships that contribute to our continued growth and new opportunities for Qlik in the UK/I. The role of the PAM is to recruit, onboard, manage and develop a number of Qlik Partner Network members – the objective of the role is to focus on the “top 20%” of the ecosystem, where your job is to maintain and grow the most strategic partner relationships.

  • A skilled balancing act for someone who can work as a Channel Advocate, Sales Manager, Brand Manager, Trusted Advisor and Resource Coordinator.
  • This role will directly report into the Head of Channel Partners EMEA North and support him in setting the channel strategy for UK/I. Will also closely collaborate with the regional leadership.
  • A very challenging role for someone who wants to make an impact on our indirect business in the UK/I.

 

 

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

 

  • You will be joining the EMEA North Channel Team where our focus is all about building impactful relations with strategic “champions” who will proudly carry the Qlik “flag”.
  • You will work with a combination of established Partners but also look to bring new Partners into our ecosystem and communities.
  • You will manage a focused portfolio of VARs & System Integrators in the UK/I markets.
  • You will be driving and executing comprehensive GTM plans with target Partners to achieve revenue goals, aligned with the respective GTM strategies.
  • You will act as a critical link between Qlik and our Partner teams to ensure robust and diligent pipeline and opportunity management (Both Qlik sourced & Partner-led)
  • You will drive enablement offerings into Qlik’s partner ecosystem to support the development of skills and knowledge (trainings, accreditations, certifications).
  • You will also ensure compliance to our Partner program and initiatives and be a single point of contact.

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

  • A strong will to succeed and are self- driven and results oriented
  • Natural leadership ability with sharp business development acumen, who strives for excellence
  • Ability to develop, build, secure and maintain relationships with key relationships at all levels within a client/collaborator organization
  • A Strong affinity for Data & AI products and their unique strengths and business value
  • Extensive experience working in the UK/I partner space – either for, or with, VARs or System Integrators, gained from at least 5+ years of experience
  • An existing partner network with strong, successful relationships in the UK/I
  • Proven experience in software (technology) solutions sales with, through and to Partners with enterprise application vendors. Must have an understanding of subscription/on premise & cloud-based offerings
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audience & present the business value aspects of the Qlik proposition
  • Excellent relationship management skills; cultivate and coordinate sales opportunities across a large and varied Channel Partner Ecosystem
  • The ability to share best practices
  • Excellent personal organizational skills and time management
