Multimedia Artist
Description
Position Overview
We’re looking for a Multimedia Artist to own the creation, evolution, and scalability of Clarvida’s visual assets across digital, social, video, and print channels.
This is not a traditional designer role focused only on execution. You will operate as a core part of the marketing engine, translating campaign strategy into high-performing creative output while building systems that allow non-design teams across 16+ states to create consistent, on-brand materials.
You will support recruitment marketing, client referrals, foster care, and brand initiatives by producing high-volume creative assets and continuously improving how design is delivered across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Production and Execution
Design high-volume marketing assets including:
Digital ads, social posts, and recruitment creatives
Print materials such as flyers, brochures, and state-level collateral
Presentations, internal communications, and campaign assets
Produce and edit basic video and motion content for campaigns and social use
Deliver assets quickly while maintaining quality and brand consistency across all outputs
2. Template and System Development
Build and maintain editable Canva templates for use by non-design stakeholders across states
Create systems that allow scalable content production while protecting brand integrity
Define guardrails such as:
Locked elements
Placeholder systems
Pre-set typography and color structures
3. Brand Consistency at Scale
Ensure consistent application of Clarvida brand standards across all creative outputs
Adapt creative execution across multiple audiences, states, and service lines while maintaining a unified brand
Continuously refine how the brand is visualized, not just applied
4. Creative Optimization and Improvement
Proactively identify gaps in existing templates, assets, and workflows
Redesign or improve existing materials to enhance performance and clarity
Develop reusable assets such as:
Custom icon libraries
Graphic systems
Layout frameworks
5. Campaign and Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and recruitment teams to support campaign needs
Translate campaign goals into effective visual assets that drive engagement and action
Manage multiple marketing requests simultaneously while prioritizing based on urgency and impact
6. Process and Workflow Contribution
Follow and support the Marketing Request process and approval workflows
Contribute to improving creative intake, turnaround times, and production efficiency
Help define design capacity and workload expectations through actual production experience
