SUMMARY  

  

The TA Systems & Project Senior Associate coordinates various projects related to system implementations and support. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, as well as provide support to the Lead Systems Analyst (LSA). 

  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Assists in the development and implementation of system strategies and objectives. 

  • Collaborates with the LSA to identify and prioritize project tasks and milestones. 

  • Conducts research and analysis to support decision-making related to system enhancements. 

  • Assists with the preparation of documentation and reports for system-related projects. 

  • Troubleshoots talent acquisition system issues and providing timely resolutions to end-users. 

  • Assists the LSA with user training and documentation for new talent acquisition system implementations. 

  • Assists with data analysis and reporting for talent acquisition project-related activities. 

  • Coordinates and tracks talent acquisition project deliverables and timelines. 

  • Contributes to process improvement initiatives for talent acquisition projects as needed. Also, provides administrative support to those matters.  

  • Performs other duties, as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 

  • BA/BS Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any course relevant to the role 

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience with systems and/or process improvement 

  

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

  • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with wide groups of directors. Ability to make effective presentations. 

  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
