QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or talent sourcing, with at least 3 years supporting U.S.-based hiring initiatives.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates across multiple functions and levels within the U.S. market, including high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
- Experience partnering with U.S.-based hiring managers and recruiting teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. talent acquisition practices, labor market trends, sourcing methodologies, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for professional, corporate, healthcare, behavioral health, or shared services positions.
- Proficiency in utilizing a variety of sourcing channels, recruitment technologies, talent databases, social networking platforms, applicant tracking systems, and candidate relationship management tools to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Strong candidate screening and assessment skills with the ability to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and organizational fit.
- Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple business lines.
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, and recruitment workflows.
- Ability to leverage sourcing metrics, recruitment analytics, and market intelligence to identify trends and drive continuous process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage U.S.-based candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with recruiters and stakeholders in a virtual environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate candidate records and compliance with recruitment processes.
- Experience supporting a U.S.-based or global shared services environment is an advantage.
