About Your Role:

This role is ideal for compassionate professionals who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others while working in a structured, collaborative environment.

 Delivers ABA-informed interventions and behavioral health support services in school settings. Conducts behavioral observations, assists with the implementation of behavior support plans, collects and documents behavioral data, collaborates with educators and related service providers, and supports students in developing adaptive, social, communication, and self-management skills to improve educational outcomes.

Does the following apply to you?

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or similar human services field 
  • At least 1 year experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis 

Must be proficient in use of electronic health record system; must be proficient in Applied Behavior Analysis; must be able to make sound decisions to support consumers in a calm and timely manner; must be able to utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities based upon consumer needs and react quickly to prevent consumer injury or injury to another due to consumer behavior.
