About the opportunity:

As a Legal Solutions Director at NetDocuments, you will play a critical role in the adoption of our newest AI technology. You need to understand how law firms operate and create solutions to ensure customer success of our latest products.

 

What your contributions will be:

  • Establish yourself as a trusted expert that can bring together legal practice understanding with generative AI technology that leverages NetDocuments' capabilities. This includes working side-by-side with customers to discover and build solutions tailored that accelerate their AI adoption.
  • Lead customized product demonstrations aligned with different law firm practice groups and in-house legal teams. Through insightful questioning, validate how NetDocuments can provide value and showcase features and benefits specific to each client's potential use cases.
  • Engage with legal professionals at existing and prospective customers to deeply understand their workflow challenges. You'll then effectively communicate and demonstrate how NetDocuments' AI solutions can address these challenges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content tailored to resonate with legal professionals based on their practice areas and client profiles.
  • Work with the product team on the introduction of new solutions to align with specific customer needs, enhancing existing products and shaping new products based on direct customer insights.
  • Serve as the "Voice of the Customer," offering a legal perspective to enhance sales strategies and synthesize customer feedback for product development.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on customers and competitors to inform strategic decision-making.

What you will need for success:

  • JD or Equivalent Legal Qualification with a minimum 3 years' legal practice experience at a full-service law firm.
  • Analytical and Technical Acumen: Track record of working with technology to deliver improved legal results. Software development experience a plus.
  • Exceptional Executive Engagement Skills: Proven ability to establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, enhancing credibility across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong Presentation Abilities: Skilled in delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored specifically to legal and executive audiences.
  • Comprehensive Understanding of Legal Processes: Proficient in navigating legal procedures and adept at addressing the challenges commonly faced by legal professionals.
  • Passionate about AI and Legal Innovation: Enthusiastic about exploring and leveraging AI technologies to positively impact the legal industry.
  • Sales or Customer-Facing Experience: Experience in law firm business development or client management is advantageous, showcasing a client-centric approach and business acumen.
