About the opportunity:

NetDocuments is seeking Sales Enablement Specialist to implement sales organizational training, on boarding, and development programs that are focused on improving performance of the organization’s sales force. The Sales Enablement Specialist will report to the Sales Enablement Manager.  The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the sales team by building sales content, sharing enablement best practices and develop sales training.

What your contributions will be:

  • Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement programs
  • Create, implement, and manage roadmaps for sales quality process improvements and execution
  • Build trusted relationships with sales team
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales team
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Develops, implements, and modifies the on boarding, training and development of new Business Development Representatives and Account Executives
  • Provides tools, knowledge, and information to sales team to effectively sell and consistently deliver to targets
  • Collaborates with Sales leadership
  • Identify best practices and provide insight to leadership teams
  • Reports on progress and identifies additional training needs
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Highly organized and skilled at project management

 

What you will need for success:

  • 2-4 years of Sales Enablement, Sales Manager, B2B or inside sales experience required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based technology and tools
  • Results-oriented with the ability to motivate others and drive performance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SalesLoft
  • Powerpoint skills and process documentation
  • Must be able to work in Lehi, UT headquarters 4 days per week 

 

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
