Job Summary: 
The Clinical Supervisor provides oversight of Level 1-3 client cases for clinical referrals or crisis interventions that arise in a primarily Spanish/English bilingual environment. The Clinical Supervisor position provides training and clinical supervision for Case Managers that provide unifying services to unaccompanied youth.  Case Managers work remotely but are based in Oregon and Washington.  Case Managers travel nationally to do In-person home visits or as needed. The position oversees their work as it relates to the therapeutic delivery of care for youth and follows through with all contractual requirements.     

   

About the Program: ORR Home Study and Post-Release Program     

Morrison is proud to provide a wide range of services for youth and families, including residential and support services for immigrant youth through the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). These include a short-term shelter, a long-term group home and our Home Study and Post-Release Program.  The Home Study and Post Release Program provides case management services to youth being reunified with a family member or family friend as they transition out of ORR care.  Case Managers travel nationally and provide support to families to ensure that youth are in a safe and positive environment where they can best thrive.   

 
 
Key areas of responsibility:   

  • Provide case supervision to all Level Three Post Release cases 
  • Advise Case Managers on services provided to Level One and Level Two Post Release cases 
  • Assist the Program Director and Assistant Program Director with the coordination of the Case Manager caseload 
  • As needed, provide clinical guidance to Mental Health Clinicians at the ORR programs working towards Clinical licensure: 
  • Meet with each supervisee on a regularly scheduled basis for approximately one hour of supervision 
  • Assure the development and implementation of the ORR-required clinical documentation 
  • Provide the Mental Health Clinicians with supervision to attain professional competence so that they can enter the field of social work as a Licensed Social Worker. 

    

Education and Work Experience: 
A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:   

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science and 4 years of experience   
  • Current or Eligible for Oregon licensure as a mental health professional 
  • 2 years of Leadership or Supervisory Experience 
  • Attained age 21 years or older before the first day of employment in position (ORR) 

 
Other Requirements:    

  • Able to work shift hours and days, as assigned (based on Case Manager and client availability for supervision or service provision).  
  • Position may require work outside of usual work hours on occasion.  
  • Monthly out of state travel required 

 
 
Starting Pay Rate:    

Bilingual Spanish Clinical Supervisor: $36.75- $39.22/hour 
Clinical Supervisor Licensed: $38.68- $41.29/hour
