Description
Morrison Child & Family Services is seeking a licensed mental health professional with experience providing clinical supervision and program management in mental health program(s) serving children and families for the Clinical Manager II position at our Portland clinic.

Outpatient Programs:
Morrison Child and Family Services delivers outpatient mental health services to children, ages 2 through 18, and their families. We offer outpatient services at four locations in the Portland-Metro area and have three setting-specific programs (clinic-based, community-based, and school-based). At the core of our work is a belief in the importance of acknowledging strengths and creating resilience in each child. Our skilled therapists collaborate with each child and their support system to identify a treatment approach that addresses the child’s mental health symptoms and leads to improved functioning in all areas of the child’s life. We strive to provide culturally responsive services and respect the values and unique perspectives of all our clients.
Position Summary:
- Develops and implements short-term and long-term goals and program objectives, deciding how to best use resources to achieve successful outcomes.
- Oversees intake, assessment, and case assignment activities; assures compliance with access benchmarks and utilization.
- Develops operational procedures that ensure the effective implementation of all components of the program(s).
- Ensures completion of all clinical documentation in accordance with state, federal and organizational requirements, with an emphasis on collaborative documentation.
- Provides consistent clinical and/or administrative supervision for assigned supervisees.
- Demonstrate a commitment to developing a thorough knowledge and application of the Sanctuary model and other organizational policies & practices.
- Participate in staff development, in-services, and training related to equity and inclusion in the workplace; model appropriate behaviors; develop, recommend, and implement improvements to business practices with awareness and understanding of the impact in a trauma-informed and culturally diverse organization.
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
- Current Oregon license in mental health profession or a current professional mental health license in another state with the ability to obtain Oregon licensure within 6 months of employment.
- Four years of experience working with children/adolescents in a mental health setting .
- Two years of experience providing clinical supervision and/or program management .
- Bilingual-Spanish (written and spoken)
- CADC Certification
- Pass a DHS (Department of Human Services) criminal history background
- If driving for position, must meet agency driving requirement
- If bilingual, must pass language proficiency testing
- The person in this position frequently communicates with staff and clients. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50-75% of the time.
