Pay & Benefits:
- $22–$25/hr starting pay
- Quarterly bonus potential (up to $3,000/yr)

What You’ll Do:
- Paint/stain interiors, exteriors, and vacant apartments
- Assist with light maintenance & make-readies
- Support the Maintenance Manager with small repairs
Requirements:
- 1+ year painting/maintenance experience preferred
- Drywall, painting, and carpentry skills
