About the Rotational Analyst Program:
 
This full-time program provides hands-on experience across multiple departments, giving you the skills and knowledge needed to grow into future leadership or analytical roles at Monarch.
You’ll rotate through several business segments and gain exposure to the full life cycle of real estate investment and operations.
 
What You’ll Experience:
✔ Comprehensive Training
Learn Monarch’s core processes, systems, and operational structure.
✔ On-Site Property Rotation (Housing Provided)
Live and work at a Monarch apartment community for up to three months in a fully furnished unit.
✔ Accounting & Financial Reporting
Gain foundational experience in budgeting, reporting, and financial workflows.
✔ Corporate Services & Data Analytics
Learn how data guides business decisions across a large portfolio of assets.
✔ Marketing Analytics & Strategy
Support marketing initiatives, analyze performance, and help optimize campaigns.
✔ Project Analyst Work
Support the Asset team on key initiatives and special projects.
Who We’re Looking For:
 
We want driven, analytical, and curious individuals who are excited about real estate investment and long-term career growth.
Required Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience, including internships
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Ability to temporarily relocate and live on-site during rotations (housing provided)
Compensation & Benefits:
 
💰 Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually
📈 Annual Raises: Up to 5% based on performance
