About You and this Role

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Partner who excels in creative recruitment strategies, including leveraging AI tools and advanced talent hunting techniques to help us build a future-ready workforce.

Our Talent Acquisition Partner will deeply care about delivering a warm and thorough candidate experience. You get to be on the frontlines of Talent Acquisition when it comes to sourcing, scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding. You are a host at heart, a servant leader, and a high achiever.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will join a team that supports hiring initiatives across several disciplines and locations across the EMEA Region.

 

Key Objectives
Recruiting Coordination (80%)
  • Partner & consult with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify and anticipate recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies that generate a consistent candidate pipeline;
  • Perform full-cycle recruitment for open requisitions in EMEA  from sourcing, screening, coordination, interviewing/assessment, offer stages, and onboarding;
  • Act as the main point of contact for interview coordination and status updates for candidates and hiring managers;
  • Interview candidates based on competencies and make recommendations to Hiring Managers based on team and role priorities
  • Ensure a positive high-touch white-glove experience for candidates; establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity and skilled communication with People Business Partner and hiring managers.
  • Help identify tools and processes to enable strong recruiting operations: 
    • work with TA lead on designing and executing innovative TA strategies, blending conventional methods and creative recruitment techniques
    • utilize social media platforms, online communities to identify passive candidates
    • use data analytics to stay ahead of talent trends and identify areas of improvement
  • Partner with Marketing team to onsite & virtual events with a focus on early engagement;
  • Develop relationships with organizations, universities, career centers, partners announce positions and develop a strong candidate pipeline;
  • Support People Services and People Business Partners conducting salary surveys; 
  • Train hiring managers on best interviewing and hiring practices to ensure an equitable, process-driven candidate experience.

 

HR Operations (20%)
Onboarding
  • Ensure all necessary candidate documentation is obtained and candidates are kept informed throughout the onboarding process
  • Partner with People Services & IT team to coordinate a great onboarding experience for new hires
Learning and Development
  • Identify and implement improvements in the talent acquisition process
  • Help enhance Confluence as the single source of truth for HR

 

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or similar degrees
  • 4 years + in Talent Acquisition experience in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and coordinating capacity
  • Experience  with the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Spanish and English. An additional language is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Linkedin Recruiter Experience
  • experience as a "headhunter" research officer is a strong plus
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition KPIs or other Human Resources indicators
