About You and this Role
We’re looking for a collaborative and proactive Jr. Communication Designer to work in our Global Communication Design team, supporting the team in creating a consistent brand experience.  As a Jr. Communication Designer you will use our brand guidelines to adapt and implement the print and digital materials that solve cross-functional departments objectives while contributing to our brand and business growth. Since you will collaborate within a multicultural team all around the world, good communication skills are essential to this position.
This is a truly entry-level position — an exciting opportunity to join a mature design organization and get on-the-job coaching from a team of experienced designers. No prior work experience is required, but a solid foundation in design is desirable.
The most important things we’re looking for are someone who is proactive, a good communicator, and passionate about details.
Key Objectives
  • Support the brainstorming process and implementation of creative (print & digital) for campaigns, events, editorial, videos, webinars, slide decks and interactive materials while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Support global and local initiatives to improve the employee experience by implementing defined designs into on-brand  internal communications, campaigns and onboarding materials.
  • Help the team in doing the adaptations of different materials into various sizes, in creating templates to promote self-service throughout the departments.
  • Adapt the existing editorial materials into different languages.
  • Help the team to expand and improve our brand guidelines and migrate our brand assets to our design system.
Required Qualifications
  • Communicate effectively — speak and write proficiently in English
  • Understands branding as a whole and knows how to implement brand guidelines to achieve on-brand materials 
  • Solid graphic design foundation: composition, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory
  • Understands technical constraints for print and digital projects, designing accordingly
  • Collaborates with other designers and works with vendors to format artwork and execute pre-press production
  • Strong visual background in print or digital media, advertising,  illustration, fine arts, architecture, motion, film, etc.
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Eager to learn, to improve and take our brand to the next level.
