About You and this Role
You have that rare ability to bridge two worlds, the human and the technical. You like being given the space to run in a global open source company to help deliver creations that are intuitive and sharp. You understand the sales process and want to be on the technical lines to empower our sales staff to be successful. You understand the power of Salesforce to help drive sales, including expertise in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes, and enjoy the process of optimizing that platform to serve your Sales team. Key Objectives
- Provide production support to our sales team.
- Collaborate closely with key players to understand business goals, processes and priorities.
- Collaborate with the development team to build out our Salesforce implementation.
- Build out projects which include customizing objects, workflows, validation rules, approvals, flows, etc.
- Design, configure, and maintain the Salesforce CPQ application, including product rules, pricing rules, guided selling, and quote templates.
- Provide guidance and implement integrations with 3rd party vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.
- Excellent decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with Salesforce best practices and on its development cycle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player, with strong interpersonal skills, and skilled in developing collaborative relationships.
- Self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or equivalent demonstrated CPQ expertise.
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and prioritizing requests.
- Experience in configuring and administering Salesforce CPQ, including managing advanced pricing, product bundles, and subscription models.
- Experience working with a global team.
- Experience with JIRA.
- Experience with an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience with Apex is a major plus.
- Experience in data analysis is a major plus.
