About You and this Role
As a member of the Latin America region field marketing team, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and measuring demand generation marketing programs to grow the sales pipeline and revenue to support the sales time. You will be responsible for developing and executing inbound and/or outbound marketing initiatives as well as analyzing market/industry trends to inform marketing strategies. 
 
Key Objectives 
  • Plan and develop tactics to generate demand in the Latin America Region, working closely with the sales team.
  • Implement marketing activities and programs in the field.
  • Manage and execute a wide variety of events whether digital, hybrid or in-person (breakfast seminars, annual conferences, webinars, VIP events, industry events, etc.)
  • Seek for new opportunities to generate demand through third party events
  • Analyze market/industry trends to identify and suggest opportunities and inform marketing strategies based on best practices.
  • Execute customer marketing initiative focused on retention and expansion business, by working closely with the sales team on identifying customer target accounts, messaging and content approach. 
  • Identify opportunities and drive partner marketing activities in order to help our partner ecosystem to generate demand.
  • Engage with partners, build relationships, foster campaign adoption and increase partner marketing productivity.
  • Execute co-marketing initiatives with partners such as events, video or written case studies, interviews with specialists in specific verticals, digital marketing initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of Community events and institutional initiatives.
  • Track, measure and report on the performance of marketing programs. Gain insight and assess against goals to determine ROI and areas of improvement 
  • Collaborate with other Liferay marketing teams across the globe to exchange ideas and best practices

Required Qualifications 
  • 4-6 years of experience building effective demand generation programs for B2B business, preferably in tech companies 
  • Degree in Marketing or Business, or comparable education/experience
  • Spanish native speaker or highly fluent in Spanish
  • Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken
  • Experience managing third-party agencies and suppliers
  • Ability to work independently across marketing initiatives but also collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills and sales interaction skills are a must
  • Full comfortable working remotely
  • Self-starter, quick learner, self-motivated, proactive beyond your duty
  • Strives to be objective and reflects on their own biases when making decisions 
  • Holds themselves accountable for decisions and outcomes within their team(s)/department.

Preferred Qualifications 
  • Basic Portuguese skill
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
