Engagement Executive (Part-time/Temporary) WFH – Flexible Hours

Are you looking for a flexible work from home customer service role? Can you work between 2-5 days per week when required? If yes, then we have a fantastic flexible hours role for you in our customer service team!

You will support our existing team of Engagement Executives on an ad hoc basis to manage the workload when we get busy. The role is calling customers who have been made redundant to explain the career support service that their previous employer has arranged for them. The service is free for the customers so you just have to explain how it works, answer any questions they might have and activate their program on the system. Calls last between 3-5 mins.

  • Target orientated mindset (during busy periods we expect you to make 15 calls per hour)
  • You need to have a Windows laptop in good working condition and a USB headset
  • Fast and reliable broadband

 

Required Experience/Characteristics

  • Demonstrable experience in an outbound sales targeted role
  • A hunger and drive for hitting daily targets and working collaboratively as a team
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to motivate team and maintain a positive environment and team culture
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement and give feedback
  • Ability to keep calm when faced with an ever-changing workload and operating in a highly pressured environment
  • Ability to follow business processes as presented in the business manual
  • Demonstrable track record of good organisation skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, meet deadlines and take on additional responsibilities
  • Passionate about people, the LHH proposition and candidate needs
  • Flexible and a “can do” positive attitude
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English
