The role:
The Academy Global Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering EZRA’s solutions and products through large-scale, custom client programs. You’ll lead every stage of project implementation- from requirements gathering to successful close, ensuring a seamless rollout that exceeds client expectations.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with a global team, mentor and coach other project management professionals, and champion best practices. Your focus will be on strengthening client relationships, simplifying complex delivery, and creating a high-quality experience that drives impact.

- Lead complex projects: Provide project management leadership for large-scale client programs, partnering with account teams and program managers.
- Define and set up projects: Collaborate with sales and solutions to establish scope, charter, and requirements; align customer expectations with delivery processes, tracking, and reporting.
- Establish governance: Create clear roles, structures, and communication plans to ensure effective delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage execution: Oversee project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and trackers; control changes in scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
- Client-facing leadership: Act as the primary escalation point, ensuring deliverables are met, issues resolved, and decisions facilitated.
- Resource coordination: Secure and manage resources at global, regional, and local levels to achieve outcomes.
- Drive collaboration: Engage stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and customer experience; write and execute communications for teams and participants.
- Monitor and report: Track benefits, outcomes, KPIs, and metrics; support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize processes: Leverage resources effectively to improve efficiency and mature project management discipline.
- Mentor and educate: Guide other project managers, onboard new team members, and consult stakeholders on project management best practices for L&D
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years managing customer projects (global experience preferred) and
- 5+ years in relevant industries (HR, learning, higher education, organizational development). L&D industry experience in HR consulting, talent management, leadership development or coaching is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to mentor, onboard, and build engaged, people-first teams; strong delegation and prioritization skills.
- Formal training/certifications; ability to apply multiple methodologies; experience defining processes to improve efficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams/SharePoint); tech-savvy with tools like PSA, Salesforce, Clarity, MS Project, PowerAutomate, PowerBI.
- Skilled in tracking delivery details, simplifying complex data, and creating dashboards that drive decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills; able to influence, manage conflict, and integrate customer perspectives.
- Comfortable operating in high-change, matrixed environments; proactive and resourceful at all organizational levels.
- University degree strongly preferred.
- Fluent in English (additional language within geography preferred).
